All of Michael Bay's movies deserve to flop because they're disgusting and offensive, and yet, people who haven't seen his movies---and then see his name on a trailer or news article---assume that his movies must be "good" because they're major box office hits, so they go see his movies. You can't just sit around and let him get away with being successful when he doesn't deserve it.
This group is dedicated to increasing awareness of Michael Bay's disgusting & disgraceful filmmaking. He is an unscrupulous hack who makes movies that insult the intelligence of general audiences, he uses franchises as cash-copouts, and he has no respect for fanbases. Help spread the word, so that the general public can instantly recognize him as someone who never tries to make a good movie.

Other Keywords:
Misogynist...Liar...Cheater...Rude...Obnoxious...Sexist...Superficial...
Self-centered...Disrespectful...Crude...Moron...Shallow...
Racially insensitive...Self-absorbed...Small-minded...Talentless hack.
All those words describe Michael Bay, the worst filmmaker in Hollywood.
Director of the most disgusting and disgraceful films the World has ever seen.
If there's ever been a movie directed by this creep that's in any way "good", it's only IN SPITE OF Michael Bay, NOT BECAUSE of him.Michael Bay sucks. Michael Bay stinks. Michael Bay is a disgrace to filmmakers. Michael Bay is the worst director in Hollywood. He completely butchered the Transformers film series. Michael Bay is a pig. Michael Bay is a clown. Michael Bay is a hack.

If you think you're a good enough antiBay to co-manage the group, then feel free to show it.

Here's what I'm looking for in Co-Admins...

1) must PROVE their antiBay side, by showing a long history of anti-Bay comments here on DeviantART, which CAN include any negative comments about both the Bad Boys movies, and a hatred for Transformers 2+3.

2) must be proud of their antiBay side, not afraid to give out your harshest criticisms of his movies AND they way he direspects his audience's intelligence, since he clearly deserves it

3) must understand--and more importantly AGREE WITH--the fact that any movie he directs/produces that's even remotely good, is only good DESPITE Michael Bay, NOT BECAUSE of him. (He's only made 2 decent/good movies, Transformers 1, and The Rock, but any potential Co-Founders must show their agreement that the goodness of those 2 movies is NO THANKS TO BAY. And the same should be said for any of his future critical successes.)

Never heard of either of them, but unless those directors promote murder as heroism; or misogyny; or perverted objectification of females; or homophobia; or obnoxious character-interaction for the sake of "comedy" even though there's nothing funny about obnoxiousness---and have shown the ability to put all those things within a single movie---then NO, those directors are definitely NOT worse than Bay. :p

that michael bay guy makes his movies looks kinda like call of duty, the first person shooter video game, because both of:the plot and story is awful and uninteresting. The dialogs and script are awful writing and bad reading.Characters are bland, boring, awful acting and uninteresting.Changing a new director which is good but don't let the new director try to followed that michael bay's works like awful plot/story,dialogs/script,characters and acting.

If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies instead of Micheal Bay, the reviews would be as good as the reviews for Pacific Rim. Here are my reasons:

1. The Transformers movies would focus on the Transformers themselves. Michael Bay spend too much time on the human characters like Shia and Megan Fox. The Transformers in his movies were the minor characters even though their movies were labeled Transformers. Pacific Rim focused on the Jaegers fighting the Kaiju, which is what the movie is about. Michael Bay's Transformers focused too much on Shia personal problems and being with Megan Fox or any hot chick. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, then the Transformers would be the main characters and not the human characters.

2. The fight scenes would be better. In Pacific Rim, the fights between the Jaegers and the Kaiju were well done. The fights were longer than few seconds. The camera filmed the scene at a distance. The camera moved slowly as it was slowing the fights. We were able to see who were fighting and how they were fighting. It was very clear. In Michael Bay's Transformers, the fights scene were not clear because of shaky cam, focus on the fights way too close, the camera moved too much to see the action. Plus the camera focused on the humans while the Transformers are fighting. In Revenge of the Fallen, Optimus Prime fights Megatron and the Decepticons in a forest. The trees and Shia were in the way of the camera as the fight was going on. With every fight scene, they focus on the humans. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, then they would focus on the fight scenes better than Michael Bay.

3. They don't need to rely on explosions. Michael Bay used explosions way too much in the action scenes. It gets very annoying and repetitive. Every action scene has explosions. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, they would not have to rely on explosions too much like Michael Bay.

4. If If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson puts the Transformers movies, they would have to have a human character that is strong, smart, and heroic as well as a minor character. In Michael Bay's Transformers, Shia's character is very annoying and useless. All he does was focusing on trying to be famous and get laid by any hot girl, waving his arms around screaming for Optimus, running around, being annoyed and mean to Bumblebee. His problem is his personal life, not about trying to save the world. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, they would have a minor human character that is a Marine who gets saved by the Autobots and joins them to fight the Decepticon along with his squad. Plus he wouldn't act whiny and call for Optimus all the time.

5. The designs of the Transformers would be better than Michael Bay's. Michael Bay's Transformers looked like scraps of junk fused together to create robots. And the designs are so bad that it is hard to tell which one is an Autobot and which one is a Decepticon. They looked the same to me. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, the designs of the Transformers would be similar to the ones in the cartoons and we can easily tell which ones are the Autobot and which ones are the Decepticons.

6. Michael Bay barely focused on Megatron, who happens to be the main villain of the film series. He was only there for like a few minutes in the movies and said only a couple of lines. Same with other decepticons like Starscream and Shockwave. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, half of the scenes in the movies would focus on both the Autobots and the Decepticons. That way, we can get a better understanding of the Tranformers' back stories, who they are, what are they doing here, and why are they doing this? Focus on the Autobots and Decepticons equally!

7. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, the scripts would be well written and the dialogs would be better than Michael Bay's movies.

8. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, they would have better actors that would fit the role for these movies. We don't need actresses to be sex appeals or a main human character that is wimpy and whinny. If they are going to puts humans in the movies, then make the humans be heroic, helpful, and badass. And still have the Transformers as the main characters.

9. The fight scenes would take place in Space, underwater, forest, mountains, deserts, anywhere besides the cities. Michael Bay's Transformers movies had battles take place mostly in cities which is repetitive and it is annoying. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, then the fights would be anywhere.

10. If Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies, then they should put or make music that is relevant to the plots. Del Toro had badass music for Pacific Rim and it fits with the movie. Michael Bay randomly selected songs that sounded crappy and not part of the movie. The Transformers movies must have music that is relevant to the plots.

Those are my outcomes if Guillermo del Toro or Peter Jackson directed the Transformers movies instead of Michael Bay.

Heh; thanks for the invitation ^^ I'm honored, even if I think that Bay is the lesser evil in his latest productions and more, the company behind his sell-outness (Hasbro) still.. I can't really defend the guy and his movies have always been.. well.. a bit thin on story.. *braces for imminent shitstorm*

What does "autism" have to do with Michael Bay's arrogance and stupidity?

The fact that you're all butt-hurt over one man.
-----------------------------------------------
Fact? Do you even know the definition of the word "fact"? What makes you think we're "butt-hurt" over Michael Bay? Is it the fact that we've made very clear explanations on what makes him one of the worst directors in Hollywood? There's nothing "butt-hurt" about stating the obvious, smartass.

And you still haven't explained what Michael Bay's arrogance and stupidity (also his lack of scruples, and disgusting idea of entertainment) have to do with "autism". Go learn some common sense before you decide to comment on a group's home page.
